Flower Stand Candle

We pack every Lumora order with care and aim to get it out to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Since some of our candles are handmade to order, a little extra time may be needed for certain products. If that applies to your order, we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

If you have any questions about your order or delivery, just reach out to us at lumorabyswara.in@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package and share it with us. In case your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll be happy to help with a replacement.

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges without an unboxing video.
