Handmade & Personalised Items
Because most Lumora candles are hand-poured and often customised to order, our approach to returns will differ from a standard off-the-shelf product policy. Full terms will be confirmed here before launch.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photos as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancellable before they enter production. Custom and bulk orders confirmed against a quote may not be cancellable once materials have been committed. Specifics will be confirmed here.
