Most of our molded candles let you choose a colour (including a custom colour you describe to us) and a fragrance from the Fragrance Bar. Soy wax and sand wax candles come in one natural colour but are still fully customisable by fragrance. The product page for each candle only shows the options that actually apply to it.

It's poured loose into whatever bowl, dish or tray you already own, rather than into a fixed mould. Once it's burned down, you can reshape and reuse the wax rather than throwing the vessel away. It's on its own page with the full how-to once that's live.

Yes, that's exactly what the Make It Yours page is for. Tell us the event, quantity and any customisation you have in mind, and we'll come back with a quote, usually within 2 to 3 business days.

Each fragrance in the Fragrance Bar is labelled Light, Medium or Strong so you know roughly what to expect before you choose. If you're picking for a small room, a Light or Medium fragrance is usually the safer bet.

We're finalising exact shipping zones and timelines before launch. Full details will be published on the Shipping & Delivery page. Custom and bulk orders are quoted with their own timeline directly.

If it hasn't gone into production yet, usually yes. Get in touch as soon as possible. Custom and bulk orders confirmed with a quote may not be changeable once production has started, since materials are cut to that order.
